These General Terms and Conditions shall expressly regulate the commercial relations between REBELDOGCANARIAS and individual users who, through the website https://www.rebeldogcanarias.es/, purchase the goods and products offered at any time to individual users specifically for sale online.
These General Terms and Conditions have been drawn up in accordance with the provisions of:

3. Purchase of services and products:
The purchase of the services and products offered on the website https://www.rebeldogcanarias.es/se is formalised when the USER pays the price of the service and product publicly displayed on the aforementioned website.
For the acquisition of services and products, the customer must meet the following characteristics:
- Be a natural or legal person.
- If you are a natural person, you must be of legal age and have sufficient legal capacity to make the purchase.

USERS can purchase the services and products on the WEBSITE by following the online purchase procedure, being able to select and add to the basket several services and products.
You will have to fill in and/or check the information requested in each step, being possible to modify the data, before making the payment.
To make the purchase, the user has two options: one with registration and one without registration.
In the option without registration:
You must go to shop, enter the desired category, click on the product, check the desired quantity, by default you have the quantity of 1 item, but you can change it by adding or subtracting the quantity you want to buy, add to cart, go to cart, see the total price, go to checkout, fill in the form with the following data:
Name, e-mail, telephone, company name, VAT number, street, city, postcode, country, province.
Once filled in, thanks to the postal code, you will be given the shipping option which, depending on the amount you have in the basket, will add a shipping cost or it will be free (the amount depends on the area and the amount of the purchase made).
You will be able to see a breakdown of the total price of the basket plus shipping if applicable.
Once the purchase has been completed, the user will receive an e-mail confirming the order placed.
5. Pricing, invoicing and payments:
The price of the services and products offered on the website will be the price in force on the day the purchase is formalised.
The prices established on the website shall be expressed in EUROS, and shall include the applicable tax for each product contracted.
Accepted payment methods are bizum, cash, bank transfer and bank card.
Policies on pricing errors or stock availability: Prices shown include applicable taxes at all times. In case of error in the price shown, we reserve the right to cancel the order.

7. Right of withdrawal and returns:
The right of withdrawal is the right to return a product or cancel a service contract without giving a reason and without penalty.
The user may cancel his purchase made through this website within the first 14 days and provided that he has not started the execution of the service or opened the contracted product and informs correctly through the means indicated for this purpose.
No returns of fresh food products or food products that need to be frozen will be accepted, unless they have a defect, tare or are not in good condition. Returns of food products that have been opened or that are not returned in their original packaging will not be accepted.
The method of return and all costs arising from the exercise of the right of withdrawal shall be borne entirely by the customer.
In case of withdrawal, REBELDOGCANARIAS will refund all payments received. The refund of the purchase amount will be made once the condition of the goods has been checked through the same means of payment used by the customer at the time of purchase.

Personal data collected in the contracting procedure carried out on the website https://www.rebeldogcanarias.es/, will be processed in order to formalise the purchase, execute the payment and issue the invoice, the collection of the data requested being necessary for the aforementioned purposes.
